Programs


Our programs focus on giving our students self defence skills which anybody can do, can be learned quickly and are most likely to help in an emergency situation. We prepare our students for reality, not a tournament or a belt grading. 


We teach all of our students vital self defence skills including:

  • Identifying and responding to common pre attack indicators 

  • Controlling fear and adrenaline

  • De-escalating dangerous interactions 

  • Aggressive and effective striking 

In our classes we safely simulate the psychological pressures and exhaustion that occur in real life confrontations. By gradually exposing our students to life-like dangers we build their confidence, bravery and reduce the likelihood that they freeze, get overwhelmed or go into shock in case of an unexpected attack.

One syllabus doesn’t meet the needs of all client groups. This is why we inform our program design by speaking with our non-profit partners to understand the dangers and lived experiences of their clients. With this information and our self defence expertise we are able to build a suitable syllabus that works for varied client groups, time frames and risk profiles.
